Love City Triathlon Course Directions
St. John Landsharks Host Ninth Annual Love City Triathlon
The Tenth Annual Love City Triathlon will take place on St. John, USVI on Sunday, September 7, 2008. Consisting of a half mile swim, a fourteen mile bike ride, and a four mile run. The event begins in Maho Bay then circles St. John and ends at Annaberg Ruins. Starting time is 7:00 am.
Participants in the triathlon can do all three legs individually or form a relay team with one or two other participants and each compete in one or two legs.
Award divisions are Male, Female, Relay and the Inter-Island award. The inter-island competition is open to all residents of the Caribbean. The winning island’s name will be mounted on the trophy and displayed in the establishments of the various sponsors.
This year’s competition for the Inter-Island award will be especially exciting with teams from the USVI, BVI, Puerto Rico, and St. Maarten all scheduled to participate.

Registration fees are as follows. Individuals - $30.00
Relays - $25.00/person
Registration fee includes T-shirt and a goodie bag.
THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE RACE MEETING AT MAHO BAY CAMPS SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 1st AT 5:30PM. THAT WILL BE THE LAST OPPORTUNITY TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT. THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION THE MORNING OF THE EVENT.
